Added a few CH scripts
Removed M9K from dealers and added FA:S
Fixed a bunch of bugs
Added NPC drops for M9K (Temporary)
Compacted printers
Fixed up jobs
Removed the armor kit
Added NLR zones
Began work on an attempt to fix choppers
Added report system to F3
Added !party for parties
Added the organization system to F6
Added HUD customization to F1
