So I'm just going to make a list.

Different xp for different NPC's (Antlion Guard higher than the rest) considering killing an antlion guard is the same xp as killing a headcrab

Lower the job cool down 5 minutes 1 or 2?

More/better/active staff

Point shop

Server achievements 

If someone is to low of a level to join a job instead of having a vote come up have the "You're not a high enough level" without the vote.

New/updated rules.

Possible different website in the future.

Being able to buy more than one of each printer.

/dlogs for staff

possibly not crashing so much.

Basic logs for user

Fixed car dealers not in spawn where they spawn in walls and the ground and or kill you when it spawns if its to big.

and someone who actually responds to me when I call for a staff member. I know they probably have a reason but damn.

I just wanted to add a quick reply to all of your suggestions and how most of them are being dealt with, thank you for creating a list though, keeps it more organized and we wont forget about them

I agree with the different xp values for different mob but this will take time and it is something not considered ''broken'' at the  moment. As soon as there is time I am sure this will happen.
We agreed upon a high cooldown for jobs so that people cant abuse it for when they are in a raid or are duping ammo.
I have personally updated all of my replies to staff applications already changing my vote from neutral to + or -.
The level restrictions is something thats broken so we are trying to give attention to it as it is.
Joda is updating the rules fairly frequently now and as son as we see someone doing something that we disapprove we add it to the rules.
Website will probably be changed as soon as the forums get more activity.
You were able to buy !6! of each printer a week ago but we changed it because everyone is already swimming in it.
Dlogs are already available to staff. just type /dlogs in chat to view them.
Crashing is something we are trying to figure out but we haven't found the cause yet.
Basic logs for the users is something I have in person never thought about so we'll give it a thought.
Car dealers have been an issue for some time now, when I get in game again I will try to get a solution going so that every car is spawned in a good way. (Might even create a garage next to the spawn town)
Staff responses are useually immediately, when they are not the staff is probably not active. If you know the staff member(s) that is/are online at the time are active and dont respond them please tell Joda, Auz or me.
