Describe yourself & your personality in 150 characters:
I am a generally positive person, who is extremely positive at almost all times, I am skilled in cheering people up when they are down, and carrying peoples messages across to others when they can not. I am often a quite humorous person, who will try to get a laugh out of everybody, as my goal generally is to make at least one person happy each day, and my position in staff will help me achieve this goal.I am open to what everybody likes to say, and will help anybody with questions that they may have, I enjoy competition with staff to get to the admin sit the fastest, which just allows for faster staff response and that leads to a happier server overall. I generally enjoy spending my time derping here on the computer or on my Xbox, and I am always open to talk on Steam if you need me for anything.
Section 2: Experience Profile
This section tells you about my experience with communities.
Communities I have administrated/moderated in the past:
CalamarilandZRP-Admin
RazorZRP-SuperAdmin (But the server was only up for like 4 days, I helped make it)
My Summary of 'Zombie RP' and the basic rules in at least 150 words:
ZombieRP is basically DarkRP with zombies, which creates a more danger simulating environment that allows for some pretty interesting roleplays and jobs on servers. Basically some sort of catastrophy caused the world to become a wasteland full of zombies, and now the survivors have to rebuild civilization while fighting zombies and other dangerous of the wasteland. The rules aren't too strict, and allow everybody to enjoy their time on the server. To put it into the most simple terms, don't do anything you wouldn't do in real life if you were in this situation and you will follow the rules smoothly. As long as you follows these rules, everything will go smoothly and you don't have to worry about a thing. When you don't follow rules, although, the staff team has to get involved and take action upon you, which is not a good thing. If you treat the staff team well, they will treat you well.
How long I have played Garry's Mod:
266 Hours as of writing this mod app
How long I have played a RP Gamemode, such as DarkRP, ZombieRP, PERP, etc.(approximately):
263 Hours
How long I have played at BJZRP (approximately):
24 hours
How long I can play the server for per week (approximately):
My schedule can be a little wild at times, but around 24-36 hours each week.
How long I pledge to play as 'Mod on Duty' for per week (approximately):
75% of my time on.
Section 3: Relationship with Users
This section tells you about how I will communicate with other users and present myself in the public.
Why is it important to give respect to our patrons, even if they don't respect you? (at least 80 words)
Because everybody's opinion is important and needed when in a discussion, and if you don't change and be the bigger man in a disagreement, then this will just cause more uproar and the staff team may have to get involved. As a staff member you need to show the members of the server that being responsible is a good thing, and if you just yell at somebody for doing something wrong, then they won't come to the server as often, as I doubt they look forward to getting screamed at again. As a staff you need to be kind, due to to the fact that this will help your server in the long run by getting the people you treated nicely to tell their friends about how great this server is. This leads to an ever expanding server.
Why is it important to use correct grammar in the public? (at least 60 words)
If a member of the server can't understand the kind of slang or text speak you are using, then they may not be able to adapt to a situation you are telling them to stop, because saying $10p Rd31ng may not be a good way to prevent them from doing it again. You also need to show your maturity to the server so that they believe in the fact that you will keep the rules enforced and not just fool around the whole time. I understand we all use a little lol and rofl here and their, but during something like an admin sit it is vital to speak with correct grammar.
In a democratic environment, why is it important to respect everyone's opinion? (at least 50 words)
You may never know when the most stupid idea is the best. You also need to show everybody that you care for them so they don't feel left out and become aggressive or leave. Also some suggestions may open different doors for the server, and that allows us to improve and become even better!
How will I aim to maintain professionalism everywhere?
I will use proper grammar when handling a mod sit. I will interact with the community in a friendly, respectful, and sometimes humorous way that will show them I'm not always so serious. I will handle admin calls responsibly, and not fool around with other things when I should be helping a fellow server member out.I will respect my higher ranked staff members and help them in anything that they need help with.
Section 4: My Past
This section discusses bans I have had in the past (if any) and what I have done to ensure that I no longer infringe upon the rules.
If you have never been punished for in game/forum offenses - please miss out this section.
How many times have you been banned/warned before?
If you have, please explain what happened.
Why I now realize that it is important to have strong knowledge of the rules and follow them religiously:
Why I am sorry, and it will not happen again:
Section 5: My knowledge of the rules
This section explains the RP rules.
What is RDM? Give an example.
RDM, or Random Death Match, is when you walk up to a person who looked at you wrong, and gun them down for no reason other then the fact that they looked at you wrong. This is against the rules due to the fact that people can lose things in their weapons bar or other items. This always ruins the roleplaying game experience due to the fact that nobody in the right mind would walk up to a person and gun them down for no reason at all. Bob shoots Jill in the face with a shotgun for chewing her bubblegum too loud, this is RDM and a staff member would have to take action if this is reported.
What is NLR? Give an example.
NLR, or New Life Rule, is a time period where you become a new person and can not remember your past life for 5 minutes other then your bases and friends locations. This is against the rules due to the fact that in real life nobody dies and is born again knowing where their killer was, and allows for revenge RDM, which is also against the rules. Jill runs back to her base after it was raided, and kills all of the raiders. This is revenge RDM and a breakage of NLR, which will cause a staff member to take action if it is reported.
What is FearRP? Give an example.
FearRP is acting how you would in real life if presented with a situation, if a mugger pulled you into a shady alleyway and held you up for all of your money, I doubt you would pull a rocket launcher out of your butt and shoot them, you would give them your money unless you had a weapon out prior to the mugging, which doesn't make much sense in the first place.
What is prop abuse?
Prop abuse is: The abuse of the Physics,Gravity, or Tool gun in order to make an area inaccessible to other players. This can also be prop surf, prop killing, and this even applies against NPC's, they have hearts too!
What is an example of FailRP?
FailRP is the failure to roleplay correctly, and ties in with FearRP in most situations, if I was about to be arrested and was surrounded by 10 cops, I would submit to them, not pull out my pistol and try to take them all on at once.
Section 6: Why I should be a staff member:
This section is me selling myself to you for my qualities and promises on how I will moderate effectively and fairly.
Why would I be unique in what I do? (80 words minimum)
I like to hear both sides of the story, even if it is obvious that the other person has done the wrong thing. I am a very positive person, so I will be pretty amazing on server morale. I am a great people person, and generally get along with nearly everybody on a server so this will make people enjoy the staff team more. I enjoy cheering people up, and calming them down if they are over-reacting to something so they don't get in trouble with the staff team. I like to be generous to the community, and use my powers for good in order to do events and other fun things.
Why the community would appreciate & trust me in this role (100 words minimum):
I like to help out and report things that I see even when I am not on the staff team, I have prior experience in a staff member role, and can average out ban times pretty well. I am generous to the community, and will use my staff powers for good, not evil. I don't think I've done anything bad enough for a member of this community to dislike me, and although I have only been on this community in particular for a small amount of time, I am almost positive I will have an amazing impact on it as people appreciate a staff team that knows how to have fun, like we are doing right now.
If I could make a change to BJZRP, it would be:
Now this is a hard one, I would probably add more unique jobs and weapons to the server, like a cook!
Any other comments, etc: I am glad you guys took the time to read my moderator application, I look forward to seeing you in game.
Thank you!
