Make the server actually playable by people who have less-than-perfect computers.
Get rid of all of the useless excess addons, your server is so god damned cluttered and full of crap it made it impossible for me to actually get into it. My computer can run several games, games much better than Gmod.
The fact that it takes any longer than 15 minutes for Gmod to download all of your addons, and even addons I already HAD (GREAT coding by the way. Who'd you hire, a 10 year-old?) is pathetic. And moronic. It took two attempts, the first lasting up to 30 minutes, and the second never making it past "Sending Client Info", because it simply stopped.
So yeah, suggestions? Get a competent server manager who's older than fucking 10.
Less addons = faster loading times
Faster loading time = more people
More people = higher rating.
