Section 3: Relationship with Users
This section tells you about how I will communicate with other users and present myself in the public.
Why is it important to give respect to our patrons, even if they don't respect you? (at least 80 words)Because it makes them happy. If it makes them happy then that means that they have a much more likely chance of staying
on the server. When you have more people it makes the server more fun. When the server is fun people might recommend their friends to join the server and that makes the servers experience even a better experience.
You need to give respect since if not other people will feel like they have the right to disrespect, which is wrong. Personally I would not want to hear a moderator which is supposed to be proactive disrespecting fellow members.
People think that if they can break one rule off of a certain circumstance they can break any, this might happen in the case of a moderator/other staff member disrespecting.
Why is it important to use correct grammar in the public? (at least 60 words)To boost your respect, if you have good grammar it shows that you are more of an intelligent person. And I do not mean having a wide vocabulary of profane
words. I mean words that show intelligence, not stupidity.|When you use grammar, it also makes the server look better, it shows lack of laziness and unsupported attitude. It makes the fellow staff members look like they're doing
their jobs, not dicking around.
In a democratic environment, why is it important to respect everyone's opinion? (at least 50 words)People have their own minds, they do not need to be pushed around and annoyed because of their personal opinion. It is important to
let someone believe in what they want or they might get upset and just leave. I would not like it if someone were going around telling me what to and what not to believe in, so I treat people the same way I would want them to treat me.
How will I aim to maintain professionalism everywhere?By staying neutral in all situations, regarding friends or not.
Section 6: Why I should be a staff member:I have experience, I am mature, nice, and respectful. I am friendly
This section is me selling myself to you for my qualities and promises on how I will moderate effectively and fairly.
Why would I be unique in what I do? (80 words minimum)I feel like I am unique for this job since I, for my age am pretty mature and intelligent. I get along with the community and I am not profane, rowdy, or rude. I have experience with
people who hate on my age and do not respect me even for my age in my roles as staff member in the past, but I get past that and tend not to respond and calm them down. I try not to lose my temper and often proove my temper wrong. I do
not like it when people argue with the staff (moderators and admins) regarding a rule and they do not understand that moderators are not in complete control of what the rules are. I explain to people in these situations their flaw and
I make it easier to understand things. I try not to be too bossy and more relaxed (although I do have my bossy moments ;D). I enjoy gaming and meeting new people everyday, whether they like me or not. Because in reality I just like the
fact that I know who a lot of people are. I have never been in trouble with staff and want to keep it that way.
Why the community would appreciate & trust me in this role (100 words minimum):I feel like the community would appreciate me being the role of "Moderator" considering I do a lot to help the communities and I am pretty known throughout
the community. I have a lot of experience with people and I do not hate on people if they are young or old. I get along with most people and tend to be a generally generous person. I put a lot of hard work into what I do and love which
is code, game, make videos, etc... I have noticed some abusive staff as well as some other people and I want to try and become a better person than that. I stay neutral in the situations I get to and have been yelled and hated at for
this. I do not like to lie and embarrass people and generally make them feel uncomfortable, which a lot of staff do. I want to try and not come out as a type of person who goes out and yells and gets angry at the suspect of a rule
breaking, but if I have to get down and dirty, I will.
If I could make a change to BJZRP, it would be:To remove vehicles, they are pretty pointless in such a small map and cause A LOT of lag. I would also add more jobs and more information on VIP benefits.
Any other comments, etc:It would not let me message shinoda so please forgive me for not having a conversation first.
