I am the one that will be looking at your applications and denying or approving of them. I expect at least some form of decent grammar and spelling so I can understand what you are saying or typing to me. I will also pay attention to some details on what you say and I will judge you by what you do and how you act. If you do not fit my standards then I will deny you but you will still have a chance to re-apply. Also for those of you who don't know, you do not have to make a resume using the application format that's already pre-designed. You can make your own, actually I won't even think less if your resume has less then the pre-formatted resume, so by all means get creative.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
-You do not have to use the pre-designed resume template, you can make your own and I will not downgrade you if you have less
-I do not judge only on grammar and spelling, just most people tend to fit the other standards but fall short on that one, that's why a lot of people don't get mod for that reason
-It's easier for me to judge you if I know you. Doesn't mean you will get mod a lot easier, because it sure as hell could help it make it easier for me to tell you no.
-If I can't read your application, I will not accept it
-Don't ask Joda to look at the application for you, he's a very busy man, he deserves as much peace as he can get, talk to me instead.
-Just because I deny your application doesn't mean it's over, if you have changed or become a better man then I might approve of it instead in the future.
-I NEVER EVER approve of an application until I have talked to you, unless the whole staff group says I should hire you, I must talk to you. No worries, same applies to denying too.
-If you never see me on the server enough, talk to me on my steam account. Username: jsshinoda (whiteclaw)
-You do not have to worry if you have issues, bad pasts and depression won't make me deny your application. Just refrain from letting it control your job and if it gets bad you can talk to me, I'd practically become your therapy if you do become mod.
-You must at least know a majority of the rules, it shouldn't be that hard though because once you get used to it, you start to remember it by heart.
-I will not tell you the standards required for being a moderator, because then people might try to become a 'fake', trying to act like they fit the standards but reality is they aren't meant for it and I hired a decent or an improper person.
-Don't worry, I don't bite. I love helping and if you just need someone to talk to whether it's about the application or not you can talk to me.
And that's all you need to know. I shall read your application soon...
